We apply the fixes: config tuning, plugin cleanup, memory and chunk settings, then measure before and after at the same player count.

The diagnostic plus the work. Every change is measured on its own so you know what actually helped, and you get the numbers in writing.

   Pick the server, add anything we should know, pay. The amount is held, not paid out.

   We take it up

   An operator is assigned during opening hours, and the deadline runs from that moment.

   Access, scoped

   You grant access to the one server. It expires with the mission and every action lands in the audit log.

   We deliver

   The work and the numbers behind it are posted in the mission thread.

   You verify

   Verifying releases the payment. If something is wrong, dispute it and a moderator reviews with the charge still held.
